MIDDLEBURY—Atlas IT has moved!
Due to ongoing growth as an information-technology company, Atlas IT has from 304 W. Lawrence St., Middlebury, to 410 N. Main St., Middlebury—about a half-mile northeast of the present facility. Both old and new locations are situated next to the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail.
“We’re excited about moving to a new place,” said Seth Yoder, president of Atlas IT. “It’s a big step for us, and it means we’ll have more space to do what we love: helping businesses and individuals optimize their technology use.”
Yoder and Joel Bontrager established the company as Crystal Valley Computers in 2007. The name was changed to Atlas IT in 2016. The company provides technology products and services for commercial and residential customers in Middlebury and beyond. These services include:
- Remote backup
- Managed anti-virus (MAV)
- 3CX phone systems
- Servers, as well as desktop and notebook computers
- Office 365 products and licensing (Atlas IT is a Microsoft partner)
Atlas IT offers in-house, remote and onsite service. The core of the business is being an MSP (managed service provider) for corporate customers. Atlas IT’s MSP services include a dedicated account manager and service team to proactively take care of all client technology needs.
Additional information about Atlas IT includes the following:
- Website is atlasit.org.
- Facebook page is @atlasittech.
- Phone number is 574-825-8400.
- Hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturday.
The new building is much larger than the current one. The North Main facility will accommodate more technicians and materials—and help serve present and future clients even better. Atlas IT currently has 22 staff members.
“This move prepares us for the future,” adds Yoder, “making sure we will continue to have the capacity to assist the people who count on us. We are proud to be a part of this community and look forward to many more years serving its businesses and residents, as well as many clients throughout Michiana and beyond.”
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be conducted upon completion of the move.
